چکیده
The purpose of the research is morphological and molecular identification trematodes found in intestines migratory waterfowl with subsequent taxonomic evaluation. Materials methods . Mature specimens were collected from ( Fulica atra Aythya ferina ) shot during ecological-faunistic monitoring southern part Primorsky krai. Preliminary analyze revealed that belong to Echinostomatidae family. whole-mounts worms F. prepared using standard alum carmine. Divergent domains 28S ribosomal RNA gene sequenced used determine systematic position relationships discovered species echinostome by reconstructing Bayesian Maximum likelihood trees. Results discussion Trematodes coots' intestine, should be described as Neomoliniella longicorpa new genus gen. et sp. nov., which reliably confirmed genetics data. Another cryptic echinostomatid sister probably representing separate unknown genus, was demonstrated only on phylogenetic reconstructions large genetic distances. Currently, this taxon indicated more evidence needed for its validation. We also report about first detection Echinostoma paraulum A. south Russian Far East. biology, morphology each life cycle stage newly investigated test not their scientific but medical significance. A new genus, Oswaldotrema gen. nov. is proposed. Oswaldotrema nacinovici sp. nov. is descibed from Numenius phaeopus Latham, 1790. Differentiation from the other related genera, namely Philophthalmus, Pygorchis, Proctobium, Parorchis, Echinostephila, Cloacitrema, Pittacium, Ophthalmotrema, Skrjabinovermis and Paratrema, was based on morphological characters, mainly on those referring to the bod...
متن کاملExtraordinary MHC class II B diversity in a non-passerine, wild bird: the Eurasian Coot Fulica atra (Aves: Rallidae)
The major histocompatibility complex (MHC) hosts the most polymorphic genes ever described in vertebrates. The MHC triggers the adaptive branch of the immune response, and its extraordinary variability is considered an evolutionary consequence of pathogen pressure. The last few years have witnessed the characterization of the MHC multigene family in a large diversity of bird species, unraveling...

Conlarium duplumascospora gen. et. sp. nov. and Jobellisia guangdongensis sp. nov. are described and illustrated from submerged wood collected from Guangdong Province, China. Conlarium duplumascospora is characterized by gregarious, coriaceous and beaked ascomata; cylindrical, unitunicate asci with a bipartite apical ring; biseriate, fusiform, hyaline, 0-5-septate ascospores with or without app...

A new taxon with Dyrithium-like characteristics was collected from Lake Fuxian in China. The taxon is typical of the Amphisphaeriaceae in that it has relatively large, ostiolate, immersed ascomata, unitunicate asci with a J+ subapical ring, and brown ascospores. It is similar to Dyrithium in that it has muriform ascospores, but considerable confusion surrounds this genus. In Dyrithium asci are ...
